Battery Rebuilds by Primecell - All Types.
Warranty: 12 months (1 year )
Our warranty for recelled batteries begins with the ship date and
extends to a full 12 months.
For the
first 30 days, if you are not happy with the product - you may request
return authorization for warranty service. Primecell will evaluate the
claim and either repair the battery at no charge, or remove the cells and
give you a full refund.
For 90
days, mechanical failure resulting from workmanship is repaired free of
charge.
Cell
performance: After examination and testing by Primecell; If 70% of the
originally stated cell capacity cannot be achieved by charge-discharge
testing - Primecell will rebuild the battery at a reduced cost, based upon
the remaining portion of 1 year of service.
For the
first 90 days Primecell will pay a maximum of 75% of the full cost of
rebuild service. After 90 days: the cost to the customer is equal to
the number of days of service, divided by 365. Examples: After
92 of 365 days; The customer pays 25% (Primecell pays 75%) ~ After
183 of 365 days customer pays 50% ~ After 220 of 365 days customer pays
60% ~ After 365 days the warranty is expired.
If the
cells, or the enclosure, have been damaged by use of chargers not
originally supplied with the product, or by water damage, or impact, or
other improper use; such failures caused by abuse are not covered by
this warranty.
This
warranty is limited to the battery. It does not include repair of products
that the battery is used in conjunction with. Old cells are not returned to
the customer. All removed cells are sent to RBRC and are properly
recycled. This warranty does not include refund of any shipping
charges.
